Terms of Service
The rules for using CyberA4U Academy, the practice arena, vouchers, and roadmaps.
The service
CyberA4U provides online courses, practice challenges, and related materials. You must be at least 16 or the legal age in your country to create an account.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account per person; sharing credentials or bulk accounts may lead to suspension.
Acceptable use
You may solve arena challenges on the platform. Do not attempt to attack platform infrastructure, bypass payment, upload malicious content to community areas, or abuse engine-hosted targets outside their scope. The arena is always-on practice — not a timed competition.
Content
Course materials are licensed to you while your account is active and paid-up; you may not redistribute them. Community content (writeups, comments) is yours, and you grant us a license to host and display it.
Purchases & refunds
Course and package purchases unlock access for the stated period. Refunds are handled per our refund policy within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed paid content; contact support@cybera4u.com.
Limitation of liability
We provide the platform 'as is'. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
