Terms of Service
The contract for using the CyberA4U Academy, the practice arena, vouchers, profiles, and related services.

Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to CyberA4U at cybera4u.com, including the Academy, practice arena, exam vouchers, roadmaps, messaging, and public profiles (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher.
The Service
CyberA4U provides cybersecurity training: courses and labs, always-on capture-the-flag practice, career roadmaps, and related community features. We may add, change, or retire features. The arena is practice infrastructure, not a timed contest and not permission to attack anything outside an authorized challenge target.
Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide (name, username, email, phone number, and profile details), for keeping credentials and 2FA devices safe, and for activity under your account. One natural person, one account. Sharing logins, selling access, or creating bulk or automated accounts may result in suspension or termination. You may sign in with email and password or with Google if that option is enabled.
Phone numbers and public profiles
A phone number in international format is required when you register or finish a Google signup so we can identify the account and support you. It is stored on your user record and is visible to CyberA4U administrators regardless of privacy settings. It is hidden from other members unless you turn on “Show phone on public profile.” You can edit or hide the number later from your profile. Do not publish someone else’s number without their consent.
Acceptable use — Academy and arena
Use course materials for your own learning. Do not redistribute paid content, scrape the platform, or share challenge flags outside the intended learning context in a way that spoils the arena for others. You may interact with engine-hosted challenge targets only as designed. Do not attack CyberA4U infrastructure, other students, payment systems, or any system that is not an in-scope challenge. Do not upload malware to community surfaces, harvest accounts, or attempt to bypass rate limits, payments, or access controls.
Community, messaging, and reports
Public profiles, follows, and direct messages are for professional learning. Harassment, impersonation, spam, scams, and illegal content are prohibited. We may hide content, restrict messaging, or suspend accounts after reports or automated abuse signals. End-to-end encrypted message contents are not readable by us in normal operation; metadata needed to deliver and moderate the Service still applies.
Purchases, vouchers, and refunds
Paid courses, packages, and exam vouchers unlock access for the stated period or as described at checkout. Prices and availability can change. Refunds: within 14 days of purchase if you have not completed paid content, contact [email protected]. Voucher fulfilment follows the issuer’s rules once a voucher is issued. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may lead to account closure.
Intellectual property
CyberA4U and its licensors own the platform, branding, and instructional materials. Your community content (writeups, comments, profile text) remains yours; you grant us a worldwide licence to host, display, and moderate it on the Service. You may not copy course media for redistribution.
Termination
You may delete your account from settings or by emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, create legal risk, or unpaid obligations. Some records (orders, invoices, security logs) may be retained as required by law or for fraud prevention.
Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is.” Training content is educational and does not constitute professional security advice for a specific environment. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or USD 50 if you paid nothing.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after the update constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and request account deletion.
